Skype Life 1: At The Zoo With Heidi

In preparation for September's Electric Zoo Festival in New York we Skype chatted with Get Physical Records' first lady, and one of our favorite people in the world, Heidi. For 30 minutes we talked about The New Dance Show, earthquakes, cold noodles, tattoos, Click Box, her Radio 1 show going primtetime, word associations, smooches, Redd Foxx, her favorite things and of course 90's jams! GQ/Saks Fifth Avenue Fall Style Event on Stuff@Night

A brief shout out from Stuff@Night fashion editor Erica Corsano for the unmistakably Soul Clap sounds that we provided for GQ's Fall Fashion Event at Copley. This high end fashion event raised money for Celtics Coach Doc Rivers' Action for Boston Community Development charity and also featured point gaurd Rajon Rando. As usual we laced the space with smooth classy atmospheres, while staying totally underground and unexpected with our selection. Thanks for noticing E!

Dancing On The Charles Press

Despite some bumps in the road, summer '08 proved to be an even bigger season for Dancing On The Charles than '07. Increased crowds, bigger sound, better BBQ, porta-potties, international guest DJs and a portion of our proceeds going to the Charles River Watershed Association all helped generate way more press than last year! Soul Clap X Fairtilizer

What's Fairtilizer? "Amplified Word of Mouth", a website created by some of Geneva's top musical movers to share, listen and promote music, and Soul Clap are now the official Boston representatives. So far we've posted our tracks there and gotten an overwhelming response and also some great exposure for other Boston artists too. In fact we've gotten along so well with those swiss guys that they asked us to contribute a playlist to the site, so we did, and you can check it on Fairtilizer to hear what we put together.

Stuff@Night Boston Newcomers Issue Cover
